Brydon Cox was 17 years old when he co-authored Keep Going with Pastor Tucker Owen. His story reflects many of the principles found throughout this journal: faith, discipline, perseverance, leadership, generosity, and the willingness to keep showing up.
As a teenager, Brydon started his pressure-washing business, Squeaky Clean, after investing in his own equipment, designing a flyer, and knocking on hundreds of doors before landing his first customer. The experience taught him responsibility, perseverance, financial stewardship, and the value of continuing forward when things are difficult.
Brydon later used proceeds from that business to pay for the first 85 copies of Keep Going to be printed. He and Pastor Tucker gifted those journals to Bayside Community Church to help launch the first Keep Going small groups.
Brydon has also served as a lacrosse captain and coach, FCA leader, student leader, and church youth leader and speaker. In 2025, he traveled to Uganda with Kids Lacrosse Africa, an experience that deepened his desire to use what God has given him to serve others.
Brydon does not believe he has everything figured out. He simply believes in staying close to God, growing every day, serving others, and taking the next step. Keep Going.
